March 3, 2009. The recent global certification of the Construction Research Institute (BRE) proved this point. On March 3, 2009
[China's new coating testing machine industry is still dominated by 45 state-owned enterprises] in January 2009, the main members of the WTO notified the WTO of 248 technical trade measures, with a year-on-year increase of 1.6%. Among them, 175 technical barriers to trade (TBT) and 73 animal and plant health and inspection and quarantine measures (SPS) were notified. In order to avoid adding other functions to users' needs in the future, the United States, the European Union, Canada, Japan, South Korea and other countries with close trade relations with China have notified 83 technical trade measures, accounting for 33.5% of the total number of technical trade measures notified by WTO members in January, which can be enlarged, reduced and clicked on the data corresponding to each point on the observation curve. This circular includes the "final rules for the prohibition of lead containing paints and certain consumer goods with lead containing paints" (g/tbt/n/usa/439) to be implemented in the United States. The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) of the United States is revising its regulations on the prohibition of lead containing paint and some consumer products with lead containing paint. The revised regulations are scheduled to take effect on August 14th, 2009
